A multi-passionate doer, Reed has deep experience boosting brand reputation, driving growth and transformation, and harnessing data to tell insightful stories that increase visibility and inspire action.  

Reed serves as a strategic ally to senior executives across financial and professional services organizations. As co-leader of The Bliss Group’s financial services practice, she leads award-winning marketing communications programs and teams. She also serves on The Bliss Group’s Executive Leadership Team, where she is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that accelerate the firm’s growth. 

Before Bliss, Reed built the communications and operations functions at Pave, a peer-to-peer startup aimed at democratizing access to capital for Millennials. She graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in Art History and began her career as an art dealer at Matthew Marks Gallery. 

In 2024, Ragan’s PR Daily named Reed a “Top Woman in Communications.” She is also a member of the Economic Club of New York, a 2023 Salire Fellow and sits on the Photography Council of the Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center at Vassar College.
