Q & A

Keep raising your hand to do things that intimidate you. It builds confidence and also opens new doors for leadership opportunities. Every great thing I’ve done in my career has started with the phrase “I can take that on” or “can I take a stab at that?”

I have had the privilege of working with so many incredible clients and leaders, but a common denominator of all great relationships is transparency. Whether it’s discussing internal dynamics, feedback for our team, or a new idea, we appreciate when clients treat us as partners. When we’re on the same side of the table with our clients, we all win.

I am happiest in or near water (you can take the girl out of Florida, but...), so my family spends time swimming during the summer and checking out trails with streams and waterfalls. I’m also an avid Peloton-er, novice yogi, and unapologetic romance reader and WWE fan.

Every Monday we have an all-hands staff meeting, and it’s often my favorite meeting of the week. Partially because there are bagels on the first of the month, but really because I love hearing what my colleagues are working on, what new prospects are interested in working with us, and who pulled in an outsized win or achievement in the last week. Seeing the Teams chat full of accolades as we celebrate individual and team wins helps me go into the week inspired and motivated.

Smart, kind, generous, interesting, and fun.
