Ken Kerrigan
A seasoned public relations counselor, Ken has helped build impactful communications strategies that have positioned dozens of business leaders – across multiple industries – for success. As co-lead of The Bliss Group’s professional services practice, Ken routinely advises some of the most respected names in Accounting, Management Consulting, Law and B2B sectors. And as head of the agency’s PR discipline, he oversees account excellence in media relations and employee engagement, in addition to advising on crisis communications issues for the agency’s clients.
An award-winning corporate reputation strategist and storyteller, Ken’s career has seen him hold leadership positions at some of the world’s largest public relations agencies. And for more than a decade, he was a director on the Americas Communications and Marketing team at Ernst & Young.
Ken currently serves as president of the New York chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, and for more than a decade he has been part of the faculty at New York University, where he teaches classes in rhetoric and communications management to graduate students in the school’s Public Relations and Communications master’s degree program. He holds a master’s degree in communications management from the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
A die-hard Mets fan, he is also the lead singer in a classic rock cover band and often performs in venues across New York City.
