Vice President, Healthcare and Internal Communications Lead

Jean is a Vice President in the Health Care practice and leads Bliss’ internal communications offering. Jean supports clients within the health care industry, creating strategic communications programs, building external platforms, tailoring messaging for different stakeholders and amplifying executive voices. With her work leading Bliss’ internal communications, Jean supports clients across industries to reach, engage with and motivate employees with customized programs.

Jean previously worked on Crisis and Issues Management projects across industries for national and global companies alike, supporting internal and external communications needs. Before entering the public relations field, Jean was a news producer for a national news station where she began as a personal assistant to talent, before holding other roles including production assistant, booker, and producer.

Her experience has given her a unique point of view on the world of news and how to communicate during stressful moments both internally and externally.

Jean graduated with a degree in Media and Communications Studies with a focus on Politics from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.

I really enjoy taking walks along the Hudson River with my pup, Kona, or sailing out on the water. There is something so magical about using the wind to carry you from one place to another.
